The doctoral student is an expert with extensive experience in the development, design, and automation of special-purpose machines, robotic workstations, and equipment for industrial applications. During his professional career, he has worked as a design engineer in several companies. He has been involved in the design of robotic cells using advanced 2D and 3D vision systems, the development of automated special-purpose machines and production lines based on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, as well as the design of conveyor systems, manipulators, assembly, measuring, and inspection fixtures. He has also focused on creating comprehensive 2D and 3D technical documentation, project management, CNC programming, FEA analyses, and risk assessments of proposed equipment. In this work, he ensured compliance with the requirements of the European Machinery Directive (“Directive 2006/42/EC”). His technical solutions have been implemented by established companies, particularly in the automotive sector, both in Slovakia and abroad. In research and development activities, he uses software tools such as Creo Parametric, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, NX, as well as software supporting additive manufacturing. He holds the following certificates: D-FMEA, Machinery Safety, Human-Robot Collaboration and Comprehensive Solutions for Robotic Applications, and Machinery Directive & ISO 13849 in Practice. Thanks to his technical expertise, practical industrial experience, and knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies, he represents a reliable partner for solving technically demanding projects in the fields of design, automation, and industrial equipment development.
