The professional profile of this employee is based on knowledge and experience gained through practical work, holding engineering and management positions in various companies over a 22-year career. The acquired expertise and skills are used by the senior lecturer not only in research, teaching, and publishing, but also in supervising students’ bachelor’s and engineering theses. He has implemented dozens of EU-funded projects, led research and development projects in companies through project management. He is a member of the MANAGERPORT® community for informal meetings and sharing experience in project and strategic management. His broad range of skills enables him to combine scientific and professional activities in CAD/CAM/CAE systems, technical preparation for manufacturing, project management, design, structural and process analysis, and manufacturing simulations. He has experience in introducing quality management systems ISO 9001 and 14001, Agile, SCRUM master, 5S, QRQC, methodologies of innovation and design optimization, and motor diagnostics. Emphasis is placed on connecting schools with businesses and integrating theory with practice through programs like DUAL, SPICE, and Basic internships. He guides students to actively solve practical problems and tasks within the working teams of selected companies. He is dedicated to awakening the “WILL” in students (to study, work, and create) and fostering a “HEART” for engineering.
