She holds the position of Professor at the Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies in Prešov of the Technical University of Košice (FMT TUKE). Her professional career has been continuously associated with the FMT since its foundation. In the field of pedagogy, she is the guarantor of the following subjects: Elasticity and Strength, Applied Mechanics, Technical Mechanics, and Strength Analyses of Technological Equipment Structures. In her scientific work, she focuses primarily on the mechanics of deformable bodies and materials, as well as on applied research in the field of mechanics of polymer and composite materials, with a particular emphasis on the dynamic, mechanical, and damping properties of composites using both experimental and numerical methods. She is the author and co-author of 211 scientific and professional works published in Slovakia and abroad, including 25 peer-reviewed publications indexed in the Current Contents database within the Web of Knowledge (09/2025).
