The assistant professor focuses his activity on the research of porous structures manufactured by additive technologies. This research is divided into two main parts. The first part is the design and creation of these structures through CAD softwares, followed by their production. The second part is the subsequent verification of quality and mechanical properties using mechanical tests. The assistant professor uses the results of his research not only as part of his research work, teaching or publishing activities, but also when guiding students in the preparation of their final theses. His wide range of skills includes the control of CAD/CAM/CAE systems, graphics softwares and 3D animation/visualization softwares. In addition, the employee is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the department’s website. He actively participates in the management of our faculty’s social networks and he is an active creator of promotional material that helps to spread information about activities and events at the faculty. In classrooms and laboratories, he is able to quickly identify and solve technical problems in the management of operating systems, thus ensuring the smooth flow of teaching at the department. He is also dedicated to the creation of presentation videos and 3D animations in high resolution and actively cooperates in solving departmental projects.
